Deposit:
All applicants (Universal credit, Part time employed and full time employed) will be required to pay a deposit of £250. The deposit will be protected in a deposit protection scheme. The tenant at the end of the tenancy period will be due a refund of the deposit minus the cost for any damages done cost of rectification of any breaches of the tenancy agreement minus £30 deposit protection fee.
Rent:
Is to be paid in advance per calendar month. That is you pay the day the tenancy starts or before the tenancy starts. You pay the rent of one calendar month which is £498.33.
Please note that for an employed applicant that an extra guarantee for rent payment may be required. This amount depends on the result of security checks.
